Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- “Intent,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means getintent.win, the Intent software, its dashboard, license system, downloads, and official support channels.
- “You” or “User” means the person who accesses the Service, creates an account, purchases a license, or uses the Software.
- “Software” means the Intent loader and any Roblox, Counter-Strike 2, or Minecraft client, module, build, update, or related file supplied through the Service.
- “License” means the limited permission to use the Software for the access period attached to your purchase.
- “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the applicable Intent product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
- “Terms” means this Terms of Service agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting getintent.win, creating an account, buying or redeeming a key, downloading the loader, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
3. Description of Service
Intent provides downloadable software and game-specific access for Roblox, Counter-Strike 2, and Minecraft. Features, supported game versions, delivery methods, and availability may differ between products and may change as the games themselves change.
We may update, replace, pause, limit, or discontinue any feature, build, loader, game module, or part of the Service when required for maintenance, compatibility, security, or product changes.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password, license key, session, and device information private.
- Accounts and licenses are personal. Do not sell, share, transfer, or lend them unless we explicitly allow it.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account or device.
- Trying to bypass authentication, rate limits, HWID controls, licensing, or account restrictions may result in suspension.
Tell us through an official support channel as soon as possible if you believe your account or key has been compromised.
5. License and Intellectual Property
Intent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your own supported device while your access is active. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Intent and its licensors retain all rights in the Software, loader, website, branding, code, interfaces, and related materials. Your purchase does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, publish, crack, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.
getintent.win is the official domain. We are not responsible for fake domains, unofficial sellers, cracked builds, modified copies, or files downloaded from somewhere else.
6. Payment and Refunds
Prices, plan length, included access, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed through our official support channel before payment.
A refund request may be considered only when the license is unredeemed and unused and the request is made within 48 hours of purchase. Redeemed, activated, downloaded, or used digital access is generally final. We reserve the right to review the circumstances and make the final decision where permitted by law.
Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. Transaction fees, network fees, exchange-rate differences, or crypto price changes may not be recoverable.
Fraudulent disputes, unauthorized chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in the related license and account being suspended while the matter is reviewed.
7. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means access for the commercial lifetime of the applicable product. It does not mean your personal lifetime, and it does not guarantee that a game, feature, loader, or product will exist forever.
Lifetime access may end if the product is retired, permanently discontinued, made impossible to maintain, or becomes unavailable because of technical, legal, platform, or third-party changes.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or harmful activity
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, leak, crack, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Software
- Bypass or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security controls, licensing, HWID limits, or access restrictions
- Share accounts, keys, sessions, payment links, or private downloads
- Attack, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the website, loader, API, dashboard, or support systems
- Use stolen payment information, stolen accounts, or false identities
- Impersonate Intent, its staff, another user, or an official reseller
- Upload or distribute malware while claiming it is an official Intent file
9. Third-Party Platforms and Use at Your Own Risk
The Software interacts with third-party games and services, including Roblox, Steam/Valve, Counter-Strike 2, Mojang, Microsoft, and Minecraft. Intent is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by those companies.
Use of the Software may violate a third party's rules or terms and may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans. You decide whether to use the Software and accept responsibility for the result. No statement on the site guarantees that any build will remain undetected.
10. Updates, Compatibility, and Availability
Automatic updates may be provided while your plan is active, but we do not guarantee a specific update schedule. Game updates, anticheat changes, operating-system updates, outages, or other events outside our control may temporarily break or limit compatibility.
We may take a product offline while it is being fixed or reviewed. Features shown in previews, screenshots, or older builds may change or be removed.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
We may process information needed to run and protect the Service, such as account details, password hashes, license information, transaction references, HWID or device identifiers, support messages, and security or access logs.
We use this information to provide access, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce these Terms, troubleshoot problems, and improve security. We do not claim ownership of information you provide, and we do not sell personal information.
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, security, or backups.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your country. Where mandatory law gives you additional cancellation, refund, warranty, or data rights, that law continues to apply.
13. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent for digital purchases or online services, you must have that consent before using or purchasing Intent.
14. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no express or implied warranty that the Service will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or undetected by any game or third-party system.
We do not guarantee particular results, account safety, continued compatibility, or that every listed feature will remain available forever.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intent and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages connected with the Service.
This includes, without limitation, game-account bans or restrictions, loss of progress, items, worlds, data, revenue, access, or reputation; device or software problems; third-party actions; and harm caused by unofficial, cracked, or modified copies.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim during the 12 months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or license when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, account sharing, chargeback abuse, reverse engineering, redistribution, harassment, a security threat, or another breach of these Terms.
Termination for a breach may result in loss of access without a refund where permitted by law. Sections that naturally continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, remain effective.
17. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through an official Intent support channel. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Deletion removes or deactivates active account information within a reasonable period, but limited records may remain in backups or be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legal obligations. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund or reverse a completed purchase.
18. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to Discord, payment providers, game platforms, or other services that we do not own or control. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and content are their responsibility. Review their rules before using them.
19. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact us through an official support channel and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Service operator is established, without removing any mandatory protections you have under the law where you live.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, payment methods, security practices, or third-party platforms change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
21. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the plan and checkout information shown at purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Intent regarding the Service and replace prior discussions or understandings about the same subject.
22. Contact Information
Questions, refund requests, account issues, deletion requests, and legal notices can be sent through the official support channels linked from getintent.win. Do not send account passwords, full payment credentials, or private keys through support.
