1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern getintent.win, your account, license keys, downloads, and the getintent.win software ("the Software"), including all game modules (Roblox, Counter-Strike 2, and Minecraft). By creating an account, redeeming a key, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the Software. You are responsible for your account, password, license keys, devices, and any activity under your account. Do not share your login, one-time codes, license keys, or device credentials with anyone else.

3. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your own device for personal use during your active access period. License keys are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Access to the Roblox, CS2, and Minecraft modules is tied to your active plan and may be limited or expanded depending on the plan you hold.

4. Official sources

getintent.win is the only official domain for the Software. We are not responsible for fake domains, cracked builds, unofficial sellers, or third-party scam offers claiming to represent us. If you did not download the Software directly from getintent.win, we cannot guarantee it is safe or that it behaves as described on this site.

5. Prohibited use

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, cracking, reverse engineering, or modifying the Software
• Using the Software for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity
• Bypassing licensing, device limits, security controls, or account protections
• Sharing account access, license keys, session data, or device credentials
• Using the Software in a way that violates Roblox, Valve/Steam, Mojang, or Microsoft's own platform rules or rights

6. Use at your own risk

The Software modifies how a third-party game behaves: running fully external for Roblox, fully internal for Counter-Strike 2, or injecting Java classes at runtime for Minecraft. Using it may violate the terms of service of that game and can result in consequences up to and including account suspension or permanent bans. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Software and for any outcome that results from that decision. We strongly recommend using an alternate account rather than your main account.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted access, continued compatibility, or that the Software will remain undetected on any game, including Roblox, Counter-Strike 2, or Minecraft. We do not guarantee that the Software is, or will remain, safe from detection.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, getintent.win and its team are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

• Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions on Roblox, Steam, or Minecraft/Microsoft accounts
• Loss of in-game progress, items, worlds, or data
• Hardware or software issues on your device
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

9. Cracked, modified, or redistributed copies

The Software is licensed, not sold, and is only distributed through getintent.win. Cracking, reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing the Software is strictly prohibited. If you obtain or run a cracked, modified, or otherwise unofficial copy of the Software, we are not responsible for anything that happens as a result, including but not limited to malware, data loss, account compromise, or any other harm. Official, licensed copies are the only versions we support or take responsibility for the intended behavior of.

10. No guarantee of refunds

Purchases are for time-limited or lifetime access to the Software as described at the time of purchase. Digital license access is generally final once a key is redeemed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

“Lifetime” access refers to the commercial lifetime of the applicable product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Lifetime access may end if the product is discontinued, retired, permanently unavailable, or no longer supported.

11. Suspension and termination

We may update, change, pause, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software (including any single game module) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, abused licensing, attempted fraud, created a security risk, or harmed other users.

12. No affiliation

getintent.win is an independent software product. References to Roblox, Roblox Corporation, Valve, Counter-Strike, Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, or any other third-party platform, game, or trademark do not mean getintent.win is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by those third parties.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
